I've been on 100-150mg of Spiro for nearly 2 years and it has been a miracle drug for me. My husband and I are ready to start trying for baby #4 and my derm told me I could stay on it until I get a positive pregnancy test and then stop immediately. I am comfortable with doing so based on his advice and my own research. However, I never stopped having menstrual cycle irregularies and based on my basal body temps I am not ovulating. Is there a way I can regulate my cycle while on spiro? Vitex, Inositol, progesterone cream, etc? I am definitely going to reduce my Spiro dose in hopes that will help my cycle but I was wondering if anyone has successfully regulated their cycle with some sort of supplement on top of it. If I end up having to get off Spiro to TTC I will but I'm hoping I don't have to do that. Please refrain from lecturing me on how I shouldn't TTC on spiro. I'm making a very informed decision that has not been made lightly.
Guess I should add - I do not have PCOS. I do think I have struggled with low progesterone in the past.

I have PCOS but still got pregnant without a problem. However after my first, I had complications and never had any more.
I guess our skin likes making babies lol.
