Hello everyone!

So I am on my 4th pack of Yaz birth control pills finally and I have also been taking small dose of Saw Palmetto. I have been getting a crazy amount of comedones and microcomedones all over my cheeks and jaw line area since last week and I wonder if it is possible to experience initial breakout as late as during the 4th month?

Also, my last period was a lot lighter than the few previous months on BC. Usually my period would always either arrive before the first placebo pill or last beyond the last placebo pill, and it would last around 6-7 days. But this time it was only 3-4 days and also arrived on the second placebo pill.

Could it be that the BC pills are finally working now so that I have the purging? Or is it likely to be Becoz of other factors?
