I got an acne cyst on my forehead. I washed my face and the top layer of skin peeled off. I started tretinoin 3 weeks ago and it's breaking me out really badly. I have an upcoming event. How can I get rid of this cyst asap? Should I put tretonoin on it ? I have tried aczone as well and nothing seems to get rid of this !! Please help. Thanks in advance
