So after around 1.5 years of yaz here I am, still breaking out. What I don't get is how I can get 4 lumps one month (even that, most were small or not that inflamed) and then 7 giant ones within 2 weeks of next month (and this time is usually not as bad as third and fourth weeks). I didn't do ANYTHING differently. After a bad first week I tried increasing my inositol dosage as it has been working for me. Guess what, woke up with 2 huge lumps just a few days after. That never happens, not since months ago when my skin was at its worst. I really thought since inositol helped me I could increase the dosage again with good results. I don't know anympre, I'm so lost and depressed.
I have been using differin cream for almost 6 months now..tbh it didnt do much for my skin..i was still breaking out....the past week i have added a apple cider vinegar and lemon juice toner after cleansing my face..that seems to be settling down the acne and helping somewhat with the scars...i am also continuing witj the differin every night.
