Hi everyone,

I've been on the pill for hormonal cystic acne, and have been contemplating on going off them. The last time I stopped, my cystic acne came back after a couple of months and am afraid of having a major breakout if I stop this time.

I was wondering if anyone has been in the same boat, and how I can go about preventing cystic breakouts. I am considering on seeing a naturopath to find an alternative to the pill...there's also the acne.org Regimen (which I'm not sure if it'll help with hormonal cystic acne)...

Any advice would be helpful,
