Calcium d glucarate...

I would like to know if i can use them all together????? or if u can tell me how to use them... please help

There is a lot of controversy on DIM, but my personal opinion and experience is that it does not help acne. Many body builders take DIM specifically to change their testosterone/estrogen ratio so they have more available testosterone to build muscle faster. Since we are trying to regulate testosterone to help acne, I don't believe DIM will help you.

Saw palmetto, inositol, and glucarate should be find to take together.
