Has anyone had any experience with acne of this sort? I know it is hormonal as I suffer from low estrogen and LH and am currently 25 weeks pregnant.

I'm curious as to what can help with my bumpy/non-painful (thank goodness) skin!

I currently don't have a strict regimen, I wash my face with Alba Botanicals Acnedote twice a day (contains salicylic acid) and have tried a number of over the counter treatments to no avail.

The only time in the past 13 years that I have had clear skin was when I was on fertility treatments!

My chin and jawline look very similar. Do they sometimes become inflamed?

Alternating BHA and AHA will fix this issue quite likely. There are great peels by MUAC available in the US, but I am not sure if high concentration BHAs are recommended in pregnancy ( I was prescribed aspirine orally to prevent miscarriages, but had to stop at week 35 to preven bleedings during birth, but the dosage you can reach topically should be too low for that).

I like the paulas choice 2% BHA and 10% AHA, they work beautifully fo me to keep my skin flawless and free from clogged pores and bumps ( inflamed cysts are eliminated by spiro).

BHA can give a little purging, but it will work fast
