I am 23 years old and male.

My acne is:

1. Reddish, uneven skin tone

2. Large pores and blackheads on forehead, nose and cheeks

3. Occasional break out of whiteheads

My skin is oily ALL the time. It doesn't matter about diet, exercise, supplements, topical cream etc.

I have now put this down to it being my hormones that are creating all this oil.

I believe that if I can get my hormones stable then my face should clear up a lot.

When I was 16/17 I didn't have any acne problems at all.

Is anyone else in this position where they believe it is strictly hormones that are producing oil and therefore acne?

Could someone suggest something I could do. I'm at a loose end.
