Yes. It is a common misconception that hormonal acne only occurs on the chin area. It often does, but it also occurs up the cheeks like that. Multiple your acne by like...50...and that's what mine looked like. All chin and cheeks, strangely clear forehead. Mine also persisted way too long into adulthood.

Have you looked into spironolactone? That's what worked for me, cleared me 100% (you can see the posts in my signature for more info).

I had acne mainly on cheeks (also chin and forehead but much lighter) like you do and it proved to be hormonal since spironolactone cleared me 100%. The only treatment that ever worked for me.
