I use Differin regularly, which does not get rid of it. I have also tried BHA/Salicylic acid (Paula's choice), which hasn't worked either.

I have acne on my face with a lot of clogged pores, which Differin helps with, but I can't get rid of this.

It's been there around a year. The spots cant be picked off, it just makes it red and inflamed.

Is this milia? Could Azelaic acid maybe help? The only other thing aside from Milia I was thinking it could be fungal acne?

If it's milia, will I need to go to a specialist to have it extracted?
