What type of acne?

Hello,
Never had acne before and i am not sure what kind of acne is this. It is on the side of my chin (left and right) and some on my cheeks as well. It is rarely itchy but a bit sensitive when opening my mouth as the skin is tight.
It looks like a cluster of little whiteheads but some are just red.

I have been using retinol (i stopped) and Cerave products (i stopped as well), which may have caused it as i was using pretty thick moisturiser.

Is it fungal? Or bacterial? And how do i make it go away.
