Ive been battling this issue for a few years now and am hoping someone can shed some light. Ill preface that I have been diagnosed with a skin picking disorder so leaving these areas alone is very hard for me. And seeing a doctor when I have all these spots and scars is very intimidating and scary.

For years now I have been picking acne and the little peach fuzz on my breasts. Since then I have been getting these reoccurring spots around my breasts that have these little balls of white almost stretchy like tissue in it. They sometimes can even be opened up/unrolled almost into a flat piece of flesh. The thing is, they are very hard to get out. They are very deep and when squeezed hard enough with tweezers it makes this like pop sound, like its been unattached from something, and then you have to continue squeezing pretty hard to get it out. Sometimes when you stop squeezing it goes back down in the skin. But when it finally does pop out, its the pretty big fleshly like ball.

It leaves a pretty big hole, that eventually closes up. But it refills in a very short time. Even if its fully closed and healed, it looks like a raised white scar that you can kind of see the ball under the skin. Which then of course with ocd and skin picking, I have to get it out and it just starts all over again.

In really dont know what to do or what this is. Like I said its not your typical white head or keratin plug. Ive attached some photos here.
