I have always had Rosacea and permanently red cheeks all over, but the last 12 months or so have been experiencing both spots and this dark shade of red/almost purple (plus spots) blotch on both sides of the face. Age 38/non-smoker/vaper.

Any and all help much welcomed.

I do follow a skincare routine for acne:

AM

Water wash

MCo beauty Glow Boost vit C serum with niacinamide

Cerave Moisturising lotion

Neutrogena ultra-sheet fluid spf 50

PM

Body shop cleansing oil

Cerave foaming cleanser

Serum - M,W,F: Bondi sands hero oil

Tu, Sa: tretinoin from skinorac

Th, Su: : TO glycolic acid toner

HA

Cerave moisturising lotion M,W,F:

LRP cicaplast Baume

This isn't acne, so I'm a little like "hmm".

However, it does look inflammatory. What's your diet like?
