Ive been having a lot of issues for years with my skin and it seems like no matter what I do, it refuses to go away or even just improve a little bit. It seems like whatever I use or do to try to mellow it down it refuses.

Looks like some inflamed and non-inflamed acne. Have you tried The Regimen? It works amazingly well. Takes a bit longer for non-inflamed but it should work.

I thought I had regular acne for years until I tried an anti-dandruff shampoo on a whim. That cleared things up fast. Worth a shot if nothing else is working.
