I keep having this white pimples after I shaved or trimmed. And I tried the bump petrol product. But even after using that it's the same. I heard that Tretinoin is good for acne

Please help

Looks like regular acne to me, a light case. The Regimen should fix it up. The Regimen works great in the beard area with irritation stuff like this.
