Hi all.

I have just recently turned 31 and I am having a terrible break out of spots. I have never really had bad spots throughout my 20s, just the occasional. I did suffer from folliculitis in my teens which required a trip to the dermatologist.

To give context, my 8 year relationship ended in the summer. I was living with my parents and have only just found my own place. Im in a new relationship which is bringing certain anxiety issues. Ive been horrendously stressed the past few months, I feel everything is catching up on me and causing break outs on my face, specifically both sides of my chin.
Im so baffled and upset cause Ive never had spots like this. Can stress and anxiety really cause my skin to break out like this?
Went to the GP and they gave me some Duac but it isnt working. Im thinking of ordering Lymecycline online, would this be a wise idea?
