I was recently prescribed spironolactone, 100mg once per day. Would this medication work for my type of acne? I dont have extreme acne, just some irritation and texture as well as some mild scarring. Ive had acne since I was 14 and in my 30s now, so definitely frustrating to still be dealing with this.
