If you are suffering from acne, most of the time it's caused by diet. You are consuming too much chemicals, sodas, sugars, and lack of exercise.

Your gut microbiome is important, your lymphatic system is important.

Look at the ingredients in some of the food you consume. It looks like a scientist created it.

Avoid sugar (energy drinks, fast food coffee/ drinks / sodas,) drink more purified water.

Get your electrolytes from fruits. and nuts that don't contain seed oils (vegetable oil, canola oil).

Fast food is harmful to your gut.

Avoid processed carbs (enriched bleached bread, pastas)

The food industry is marketed to make us sick, do your research on the foods you eat.
