I have these small spots which are known as whiteheads or closed comedones and i dont know how to get rid of them i have alot and some of them turnt into a whitehead or cyst and its really ruining my confidence

And after 1 month, be sure to add in glycolic acid (AHA).
Definitely get this addressed right away so you prevent scarring as much as possible.
