So for a few months now I have been using facial wash and lotions that are oil-free and clog-free, and contain ingredients which have been proven to help soften blackheads, but I do not think they are helping. I recommend salicylic acid and alpha hydroxy acid. The cerave blemish control gel has both. Combining it with pore stripe could also work, although if your acne prone the strips could be irritating.
