hello, any help with making a routine that will reduce this redness or whatever it is without breaking my barrier? products I have are cerave hydrating cleanser, cerave blemish control cleanser, cerave oil control moisturizer, avene cicalfate, LRP duo+m gel, avene comedomed, benzoyl peroxide 5% gel. my usual routine rn is: blemish control (SA) cleanser, cicalfate. other part of the day would be hydrating cleanser + bp spot treat + cicalfate.
last year during summer I managed to fix all my pimples and skin issues with this SA cleanser + comedomed + oil control moisturizer, tried to fix the very last PIE with aza 20% and broke my skin completely, bacteria flooded my face, fixed it 3 months later with BP clinda and this is my face now.
The big bump on the temple you see is irritational one caused by BP, it reduced its size by 50% in 2 days with cicalfate, it will heal, however the redness always persists on my face and it's just stubborn, could anyone help me form a normal skincare routine that I can stick with for long term cuz im just so lost
also, my face is oily, i am m22, it's mostly on temples but cheeks and forehead too. jawline and neck are clean, when I do get bumps on neck it's friction from work clothes so yeah, also the forehead bumps that are under skin (?) light up red often after skincare (especially bp) but calm down quickly with cicalfate, also cicalfate seems to be causing the closed comedones maybe
