Hi,
For the last 5 months, I have had this acne on my forehead. The picture does not quite show it exactly, but it is a defined rectangle with fairly straight edges. There have been very few changes to my daily routine during this time.
I have grown up with severe eczema, and my skin type is fairly dry to normal.
I'm 21 and have never had much acne in my teen years except for the occasional pimple.
I do not wear anything on my forehead like hats, nor do I think I sleep on my face.
If you have any suggestions of what might be causing it or treatments to help, I would be very thankful!
This is really strange. You're the third person today who has posted something similar. I replied the same to the other two people:
1. Acne cosmetica: Acne caused by makeup. It can look like that and can be super stubborn.
2. Over-washing. I used to get lots of spots like that when I scrubbed a lot. You want to be ultra gentle.
