I have these bumps that aren™t going away and keep finding new ones. Not like any acne I™ve ever experienced. No pus. Just clear liquid comes out. Please help. I have a 10 month old baby that I™m breastfeeding and have low thyroid. I™ve had clear skin my whole life until this started a month ago. Tried steroid creams and abreeva. Getting worse. Thanks in advance!

Could be impetigo...you absolutely should be swabbed by your doctor and have proper treatment for whatever it is. Impetigois contagious, and mupiricin antibiotic is what you need for it (if it is).

Yeah I'd see a doc on this one for a proper diagnosis, and avoid using any OTC stuff until your doc approves it. Steroid creams in particular can cause way more problems.
