please anyone help me here.

i dont have acne on my face but on chin i have 1 acne and on neck i have 2.

now this is not normal acne they are like solid and red. i have tried tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide and everything on counter.

even went to dermatologist   have antibiotics. nothing worked , 

one day i took  candida cleanse tablet which is like yeast infection and it made my acne little less . but when i applied any cream on face its really big .

two days i didn't applied anything on my face just water and my acne was hardly visible , but next day even i apply moisture it came back.

now i understand it may be fungal acne  ,i applied ketoconazole 2% cream but didn't work.

can anyone suggest what face wash or moisture should i use in this case.
