I personally like the idea of avoiding filler if possible, so my layman's vote would be for subcision and maybe some laser. But...no one here is a doctor so we can't advise you on what's right for you as far as medical procedures. But I like the idea of getting to the root of things that create for permanent solutions if at all possible.
