I have have been using salicylic acid 2% and benzo 5% for a year now and I feel like my skin is worse/no improvements. I still keep getting pimples and acne and blackheads etc. I also use a cleanser with salicylic acid. The picture where I'm wearing white is today and the brown t-shirt is a year ago. How would I treat this better ?

Definitely looks like an improvement. I take it you're wearing a mask all day working? Could be, in part, a reason things are still an issue. What type of mask do you use?

One consideration would be to ask your dr for a topicalantibiotic. Have you tried clindamycin?

What exactly do you use to shave?

Are the products from acne.org?

Regarding your shaver...you should keep it clean. How depends on the brand and if it's waterproof. Reason Is that it can spread bacteria around the face.

Clindamycin for acne is a topical liquid, but it might be possible to have it compounded into a different base...it couldhelp with the area that's got whiteheads. Worth a try to ask your doctor.

I'm using obgai products now. The cleaners, salicylic acid toner and the benzo peroxide. But it's been 9 months and the skin is the same honestly... maybe it will get better with age ? I really don't know

Hi...maybe consider other products for a change...it might also be something too much or not enough.

I've been through lots of products in my lifetime...worth trying something else if what you're using isn't working.

As well, if you haven't seen a dermatologist, maybe ask for a referral.

Maybe part of the problemhas to do with your electric razor. Is it kept in the shower? Do you clean it often? One tip my dr gave me was to my cheap disposable razors and that helps clear up some acne around my jawline. The reason being if you leave the razor in the shower bacteria can grow on it causing acne when you use it again.
