Closed comedones. Usually hormonal/slept on side of your face/shampoo running down your face.

Try not to touch or rest your face on your pillow or anywhere. Dont let shampoo run down your face.

Treatment: Benzoyl Peroxide, Retinol A.

Con: Dry skin, those small comedones will probably turn into pimples to get rid of the plug. So expect a purge. Try to use the regimen cleanser and benzoyl. Moisturizer I suggest eucerin dry skin relief urea 5%. Not the one with cermamides. You canfind this on ebay. Works wonders for dry skin.

That looks like my skin did when I overwashed and overirritated it.

My suggestion: Stay ultra-gentle and barely touch the area, and apply the regimen for a couple months and see if you're fixed up.
