I would't know what to tell you...to me they seem too dark to be a scar....i would say they look more like blood filled pimples, i get them pretty often once a huge pimple calms down but doesnt get extracted it kinda gets filled with old blood that gives them that dark colour. I usually wait a couples of days and then i squeeze them super carefully until all that dark blood comes out...

Usually those kinds of pimples hurt a little so if yours doesnt hurt or maybe they seem darker on the photos its probably a scar that will go away eventually..
