i™ve never had severe problems with acne or anything i™ve always had one or two hormonal breakouts every now and then. lately i noticed bumps on my face and forehead that isn™t like acne? just bumps that appear to be beneath the surface of my skin. i looked into it and based off what i read i assumed i had fungal acne ish but then again i™m not an expert and don™t know anything so i just guessed. i read that using nizoral shampoo as a mask helps so i™ve been using it every other day for a week or so and idk if it™s helping it or making it worse. i have been using cer a ve sa renewing clean for ab three weeks, cer a ve ultra lightweight/ spf moisturizer in the mornings and their pm moisturizer for combination skin at night. i also use the ordinary glycolic acid toner every other night. if anyone has any suggestions to maybe use diff products or suggest a new routine that would be great. i also have marks left from previous acne so if anyone has any suggestions for that too that would also be amazing.
