Hi guys,

I have had these marks on my nose for years now.. like I don't know what they are specifically called but I have tried lemon and proactiv and even tried to use tools to extract them.. these are marks within the skin.. I need some advice on how I can get rid of them. I hate having these. Please help if you can!

It's hard to tell what these are, but they are not acne if it's been there for years. A dermatologist may be able to offer a diagnosis, and a cosmetic dermatologist in particular may be able to zap them with a laser. Lasers are doing amazing things these days.
