Hey, I just wanted to know if I can add an essence in my routine. And if I can, at what stage of the 3 step routine should I include it?

No, no lo hagas las esencias lo unico que hacen es crear irritabilidad y alergias, puedes investigar un poco eso, en verdad no tienen ningun punto positivo
