Ive had these raised skin colored bumps on my nose for maybe 6 years..... What is this condition? It looks like a minor condition, but it has killed most of my confidence.

Go to dermatologist they have a handful of solution to this, this definitely can be fix.

I did like two years ago. I was given some prescribed treatments, however, it never went away... I think its something other than acne. Do you know have any clue on what I have?

 

I'll be visiting the nose doctor in a month from now..

Looks like an aging overdoing itself, get mri scan for your nose, if it were nothing consider remodeling it with aestheticians.
