Back in October I had a culture done of my bumps. The culture came back as Klebsiella Oxytoca. I didn't think anything of it because the derm didn't so I was put on hormonal birth control. I was breaking out so bad from the birth control I didn't think anything of the pustules because I just thought they are hormonal. The pustules will vary in size some will be small some will be big and look kinda cystic. I have been on numerous rounds of doxy / minocycline / topicals. Was just on Bactrim about a month ago and it didn't help. I am staring to think I have Gram Negative Folliculitis because no matter what I do it always comes back. Has anyone had success with Accutane or laser hair removal? I can't deal with this any longer.
The dermatologist now said I have Perioral Dermatitis and rosacea which I do not believe. I am going to see a naturopathic doctor and a new derm this week.
Ive also been struggling with this issue for years and Ive been told all sorts of different things and still havent found a solution
