Where abouts is it showing up at? You wouldn't by any chance be wearing a helmet or a hat? The skin could be running against one of these and causing irritation.

it's usually on the cheeks or side of my face. Yea that's what I'm wondering probably because I sleep on the side even though I try not to. No helmet or hat

I know that wearing a helmet when cycling around the hair line can break out.

Or if a hat is pulled In over the hair line / ears same thing.

If you have long hair, do you sleep on your hair? Etc. It all sounds stupid but anything that rubs can cause irritation and therefore acne.

Yea I have long hair but I tied my hair when I sleep but yea I think u are right . It's probably my hair or the way I sleep at night . Thanks jPablo!
