Any advice on what this is? Its at the base of each hair and its kind of oily and dry. The hair falls out easily and there is a little œplug like cylindrical piece at the bottom. It almost reminds me of dried sebum. Its like its literally coming out of the pores at the base of each hair/peach fuzz. Kind of reminds me of sebaceous filaments but they stick up out of the skin.
