I have been struggling with these tiny bumps on my cheeks since I could remember (age 15-26). I have been on countless regiments and nothing has worked to get rid of these. They tend to get better and worse at times (inflammation?) almost like a rash.  Has anyone else experienced this and had something work? 

I have tried most acne treatments and even fungal acne treatment. This is my routine currently:

Cleanse with Cetaphil gentile skin cleanser

Moisturize with cereve lotion

Tone with Mario bascue glycolic toner

Treat with differin (have been using this for about a year and it has helped some but had a 9mo purge period)
