Can anyone please tell me what are these red small bumps on my skin? My skin's pretty oily so are they just kind of a reaction to that? But they don't seem to go away I don't know what to do PLEASE HELP also if someone could tell some good products to get rid of blackheads I'd be really grateful/; ｡žˆï½¡;Ÿ\
These are closed comedones, I have them too, I'm using azelaic acid now and it seems it doesn't do nothing, maybe some aha will get rid of them. Also I noticed that when I use sulfur soap they seems to be less red. I would use a glicolic acid moisturizer and see how it goes.
