Hello , I am a 22 year old female and I™ve had pretty clear skin my entire life. My skin has these sudden tiny non cystic bumps on my forehead and cheeks and I don™t know what™s causing it. It gets mildly itchy sometimes. I clean, tone and exfoliate my skin every other day and use very little makeup. is there any treatement for this sudden acne breakout? I™ve read in few blogs about fungal acne but I™m not sure what this is.
