Somebody please help me. I went from a somewhat clear chin to this overnight. I didn™t do anything new or sudden that I think could™ve triggered it. It feels like I have two large cysts (top and side) and the entire area surrounding them is extremely red and my entire chin hurts to the point where I can™t even eat properly. Should I just leave it alone because even putting on creams and washing them off hurts! Please help me why is the entire area so red and inflamed I don™t know what to do I™ve never seen it this bad
This looks like a fungal problem to me. The fungus is causing the inflammation.
Have you taken or applied antibiotics recently (or other meds) ? Do you have dandruff or a white tongue ? Is the area itchy as well as sore ?
Do NOT put an moisturisers on the affected area.
A topical antifungal cream should fix the problem - try applying clotrimazole cream - which is TOTALLY safe.
