Some people used ibuprofen capsules for some days. They started to have acne on the body after eat gluten, dairy, white sugar, grains, white rice, brown rice, bread, quinoa, sweet potatoes, cookies, industrialized foods, canned foods, coffee. No gases, no bloating, no stomach pain, no other symptoms. Only acne in the neck, chest, belly, back, arms, legs. Beans and oats are grains too, but beans and oats dont cause acne in this people. But before use ibuprofen capsules, they never had acne on the body caused by these foods. Is possible to these people have the leaky gut and need to use probiotic capsules with l glutamine? Or isnt leaky gut because there are only acne without other symptoms?

Wow, you are obviously well read, nice work

Firstly, Id like to say that (personal opinion) it would be highlyunlikely that ibuprofen has caused or triggered a sensitivity to said foods, leading to acne. Ibuprofen is a cox inhibitor (mildly Cox-1 selective) and has no effect on sebaceous glands or bacteria proliferation (negative or positive).

That being said, it must be remembered that acne is a multifactorial condition that can be triggered spontaneously by food, pharmaceuticals, environmental/lifestyle conditions, hormone shifts, etc. Whilst it is POSSIBLE that ibuprofen could have been a trigger, its unlikely. People often incorrectly associate different factors with their issues (acne or otherwise); rather than focus on ibuprofen being a potential trigger, look at the person holistically. The body is about balance and balance is key to treating/preventing conditions (used VERY broadly).

If the people you you speak of, in fact, have leaky gut, then they would likely be experiencing more symptoms than just acne, however not necessarily readily noticeable, like acne is; issues related to imbalances and inflammatory factors. Processed foods reek havoc on the bodies digestive processes (read several systems, not just GIT; ie.glucose uptake, liver enzyme production and metabolic processes, etc). We arent designed to deal with massive amounts of simple carbohydrates, namely certain sugars, which are so easily consumed in horrendous quantities, often unknowingly.

My question wouldbe why have these people been using ibuprofen for some days?

As stated, acne causation ismultifactorial, however I would never say its just genetic, like so many are told. Im digressing, butIm not saying genetics arent relative, but it isnt genetics that are causing acne;its a byproduct, eg. Hormonal imbalances, git sensitivities or intolerances, etc, which can all be managed to different extents.

That probably missed the mark completely, for what you were seeking, but if you believe something triggered acne and it remained after eliminating the trigger, then dont focus on the trigger but focus on the many other factors.

I should clarify that I state personal opinion above because, whilst it is easy to provide peer reviewed evidence supporting something, its very difficult to show a lack of evidence without a significant (time consuming) review of the literature. Hence, Im not going to state as fact, rathermy informed opinion as a health professional and avid researcher myself.
