So my problem now is that im getting those very red bumps all over my cheeks for the last month (none at forehead, chin area). It was never this bad before. My acne have always been near my ear and hairline area and never this near to my mouth. No acne products show great effect on them so im worried its something other than acne this time. and i also do have a very itchy ear for the last month. I even stopped wearing jewerly bc of it. I press vinegar on it and put fungal creams it all seems to work with itchiness. i also do have tiny white spots at my cheeks and near my mouth area. Im living in a country that has very bad hospital politicy so if i go to doctor again i'll have to pay so much money and also doctors dont really get what im trying to say so they prescribe benzoyl peroxide and send me home. Do you think what those red bumps could be? They are inflammatory and i have very dry skin at my cheeks. Some of them are scars but most of them are like not-very-raised up inflammatory things. Is there someone in the same boat w me?

Its effecting my mood and my general psychological state very badly for the last 2 months. It really doesnt go away and its only at my cheek area. I cant go out without concealer. :(Thanks for the replies.

Ps.: I tried nizoral, rosacea gel, benzotyl peroxide for the last month. They all made my skin got way more worse and red and did nothing for redness and pustules. A Moisturiser urea cream seemed to do the best for the redness

  thanks for the replies

Itchy ear and what looks like acne (but is not) is indicative of a fungal outbreak, usually caused by taking oral antibiotics. Have you taken oral antibiotics recently ? Do you have a white tongue ? (indicative of candida fungus). Do you have dandruff (indicative of malasezzia fungus) ?

Nizoral will not control some fungal outbreaks - you need the specific antifungal creams for the specific fungus.

If you get back to me with answers to the above questions, I can provide specific information about what topical antifungal to use.
