Hi!
I'm currently taking Erythromycin for my Rosacea and Accutane (Low Dose) for my Oily Skin.
However one issue which persists, as per the attached images, is a constant array of Pustules on and around my Nose / Nose Crease.
I'll have new breakouts every day, so the area is constantly irritated.
I only cleanse with Cerave Hydrating Facial Cleanser, so I'm neither over-washing or over-drying the area as such, so it seems something else is at play (potentially some strain of Folliculitis).
Can anyone advise a way forward with regards to treating this, maybe a Topical Antibiotic or Ampicillin?

I also have Rosacea, used to get papules and pustules exactly on my nose and nose crease area ( sometimes i still do). I used a cream called Soolantra (1% ivermectin) which helped with the little spots on my nose and around it. It is destined against demodex that live on the skin and also has antiinflammatory properties. You could ask your doctor about it. 🙂
