Hello, im pretty desperate here but a couple years back I stopped going to the gym because after a couple weeks I started getting bumpy, irritated skin (on my forehead mostly)and would constantly get painful cystic acne, mostly on my forehead. I stopped going to the gym but decided to recently rejoin and surprise surprise...it all came back. Ive tried so many different things. I tried showering twice a day, made sure I used a clean towel and wore only clean gym clothes. I also use a facial moisturizer every day and use the biore salicylic acidfacial cleanser wipes at night. This really affects me and I just feel like I cant work on my body without sacrificing my face. Any feedback is appreciated.
Are you taking whey protein when training? That can be a cause of acne.
