This will have gross detail, heads up, looking for advice on how to handle this post popping situation.

I was able to successfully pop (i was pretty certain) a deep big red cyst or nodule like pimple a few days ago. It had come up to the surface of my jawline, was tender and sometimes ached on its own, a very small but consistent white head was finally visible (not optimal, but visible). I squeezed from behind and it was pretty quick to painfully pop some at first, and then a bit of a second pop, followed by bleeding when i kept squeezing. It was hard to tell what the plug was, stuff just shot out, not a lot, but stuff shot out with some gusto ha. Eventually the bleeding turned to clear fluid, the ache was gone, the area around the pimple calmed down from being pink and tender, etc. All signs that i got it successfully based on all the ones ive had to take care of before. A scab came and then just now fell off 3 or 4 days after popping.

HOWEVER, under the scab is still a visible pimple like lump, and it still feels very pea like when i touch it. There is no tenderness now, no head, just pink like after a scab, and still a raised lump. Thoughts? Does it sound like just residual fluid still trapped or damaged skin that just hasn't balanced back out to normal? No pain, not angry like a failed pop, just still a hard ish lump...
