Have you tried any products?  What are you currently doing? My top 2 products to recommend would be Rodan and Fields Unblemish regimen or Pro-Activ(made by the R+F dermatologists).   I've been using Unblemish for 7 months and my acne is completely gone; it is truly amazing.   I've attached my before and after photo.

Also general hygiene tips...I change my pillow case every second night, use a clean towel when drying my face, don't touch my face during the day, clean my phone regularly, use oil blotting sheets to sop up excess oil, etc.
