ive got this very small spot on my chest which the center has turned white'ish and is not healing (3days now) - im using antiseptic cream to treat it.
just wondering, is it better to cover it with a plaster or air dry?
(its very small- its not changed size or gotten worse.)
if the white mass is dead and it doesn't hurt then you can try to actually extract it carefully. Use a sterilized pin to take it out, and afterwards place some essential oil (tea tree or lavendel oil etc.) This might seem like a bad idea to begin with, but trust me, it will be better than just leaving it be.
