Hoping someone can help me with tips and/or product recommendations for my specific acne. I have had it for as long as I can remember and tried treatment a long time ago and it never really worked so I just didn™t go back. I wash my face twice a day which has helped tremendously and also use a moisturizer but now I™m still stuck with trying to clear up random blemishes that appear, the redness and also old scarring. I have a patch on my cheek as shown below that is super weird. Sometimes if I pick at it, which I don™t anymore, it will grow almost like a blood blister with œold blood that if you squeeze out (because you can actually see it through the skin) becomes pussy and seems to be that way forever. It will last like this a week or so before finally clearing up. The white spot I™ve had forever and there™s nothing in it. It™s like a hug milia or something. Idk. I think they run in my family but I™d love to know if anyone else has them and if they think I can have it removed. At this point, I™d like to find a way to clear up my existing acne and keep it from coming back. Sometimes it can be really painful!

Go ahead and get on Daniel Kern's Regimen here on this site. I don't think you really would need the treatment since it's localized acne. Go ahead and buy his quality Cleanser as well as his AHA lotion and use both twice daily. Wash your face and then apply the AHA. Follow the Regimen's advice on how to apply the products correctly. You have to be very gentle whenever applying products to acne-prone skin. Also, avoid touching the skin at all costs. Make sure to have an extra set of pillowcases always clean and ready to go so you can replace your used pillowcase that can build up oil as well as hair productetc... I hope this helps...

So the best regimen for healing scarring is both exfoliation (which Hochberg mentioned) and also by using aloe vera gel every evening too.
All this will over time heal your wounds and PIH. [Edited link out]

cheers
