Don't mind the eyebrow lol.

There's this hard white that almost appears yellowish bump near my tearduct. It was a small bump a couple days ago until my dumb self attempted to scratch it off. It became a tender wound first before it looked like this. Is it filled with pus? I'm curious, what is it? And what can I do to get rid of it?
