I don't generally get your average pimple - my spots are under the skin. In certain lights my skin looks fine but then in daylight or bright light my skin looks covered in white bumps. I took a close up photo and see that these are actually blackheads!  Please see photo. Is there anything I can do at home to get rid of these? I have tried scrubs, cleansers, a clarisonic. I also wonder if micro needling or a peel would help?
