Hey I need help identifying what this is on my face. I think it may be a cyst,but im not completely  sure.I have applied warm compressed water on it for 2 weeks now. Its getting smaller,but it isn't going away. 

Also if anyone has any tips on how to get rid of it, that would be great! thanks

I would try using aloe vera for a month on the affected area. This will build collagen production and heal scars you have on the skin.

Also exfoliate on teh affected area 1-2 times a week with clay and a combination of lavender, frankencent, chamomille etc.
